This place is closed. I heard that Grill'd burgers plans on opening at this location and that Gaston will be reborn close to the roundabout at Noosa Junction across the road from Koala Backpackers. I will wait and see if this all happens. View all feedback.
What Mozelle Keebler doesn't like about Gaston Noosa:
we like gaston for snacks and a drink - people watching location similar to aromas.Just fancied yum cha on a sunday - not bad but not so authentic - left a little disappointed but should have known better - a westernised take on it.we'll stick with the standards. View all feedback.

Empty Premises! Only sign says 'Closing on June 30th' Disappointed- travelled to Noosa with plan to eat here! Luckily so many other fab restaurants to choose from!
After looking at a few surfboards in the area a mate and i decided that Gaston was the go . Char grilled steak and colconnen mash and crispy fish . Washed down with a Hollys Garden Pinot . A simple Parmesan Pizza to start was good too . A great little area of Noosa with excellent waitstaff . Staff weren't bothered by my photographing the food so i include some .
My partner and I had a meal here tonight and the food was fabulous. The steak cooked perfectly for him and my fish divine. The Cajun chicken wings to start were scrumptious and the caramelised date creme brulee we shared to finish lovely! Our waiter had just the right balance between being attentive and leaving us time between courses. His sense of humour was spot on and his recommendations from the menu on point . Even though it was a drizzly cool night outside we were warm and comfortable inside behind clear plastic screens. Highly recommended.
We visited Gaston while staying in Noosa. We were attracted by their reasonably priced menu. Something not many restaurants seem to have in Hastings St.The place was busy, but we were seated straight away. They were offering a special for $55.00 which included 2 mains and a bottle of wine. Great vaule as almost all the other menus we looked at a single meal started at almost $40.00. We we went with the pork belly and mustard seed mash. WOW great meal, good portion size and the wine of our choice was quite nice. Special mention to the staff, they were extremely attentive and made us feel very welcome. Great value meal and I think we will struggle to beat their value and service standard while in Noosa.
