While some diners found the food to be a bit disappointing, others enjoyed delicious dishes like Mussels Mariniere and pork meatballs in tomato sauce. The café is well-known for its strong and aromatic coffees, as well as a variety of cakes and pastries. With plenty of outdoor seating, Aromas provides a perfect spot for people watching on bustling Hastings Street. Despite occasional delays during busy times, the restaurant remains a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee, a leisurely lunch, or to enjoy live music on a Sunday evening, Aromas is a must-visit destination in Noosa.
We loved the look of Aromas with the Parisian café chairs and tables. The coffees were lovely and strong with great aroma. It was busy on a Saturday midday yet there were plenty of seats. There was no banana bread but the fruit loaf and Jaffa Cake were both delicious. The place is a must and great for people watching – just like you would in Paris!
Extremely busy place, nice atmosphere, waiting staff very polite and attentive. Food was a little disappointing. I had the Mussels Mariniere, their Tue special. They were served with a bowl of fries. The Mussels were plentiful and plump but almost cold. The broth was delicious and well balanced in flavour but luke warm. This could have been an exceptional dish.
We just stopped briefly to have coffees and croissants. A popular place to sit outside and watch the pedestrians.
Great stalwart of Hastings Street for as long as I've been going to Noosa.Early morning coffee and toast, served with a smile and quickly (it was early) great to sit and watch the passers by.Met friends for lunch, a cold beer, pork meat balls in tomato sauce, YUM. Others of our party enjoyed open sandwiches and the salmon frittata. Good fellowship, food and friendly atmosphere. Long may you remain the way you are..
We had coffee here most days whilst in Noosa. We were even treated to two french waiters on Bastille day!
