The missing fourth pizza is put into the oven at the moment, while the other 3 a... read more Last night I ordered 4 pizzas by phone and when I picked them up, 3 were ready. The missing fourth pizza is put into the oven at the moment, while the other 3 are put on hold and cool down; and instead of eating the usual excellent , good and digestible, we eat 4 pizzas just because we paid for them before returning to but certainly not with taste. They were cold, tasty, chewy and with the mozzarella forming a single lump of cheese. That same evening I reported the situation by telephone to the ordering girl who recorded my complaint and responded by telling me that someone forgot to collect it and that no one had ever complained. This afternoon, not knowing if it had been reported to the owner, I called to make sure and I was told by the owner Robi that I was a pain in the ass yesterday and today. If I had been the owner, I would have wanted to know how to improve myself and in any case criticism is not pleasant BUT YOU DO NOT TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE THIS, even if they call twice; at most you can reply that you have been informed and everything ends there. I'm sorry for what happened because I have always appreciated the place, but the horror and its owner Robi have lost a once loyal customer and potentially other customers too

The owner is courteous and attentive to the services in the room (I guarantee it). A sincere compliment to the background music... you eat to the sound of Rock. The classic one.
