Quand on est propriétaire d'un restaurant 2 étoiles Michelin et que l'on possède ce restaurant-brasserie on s'efforce de professionnaliser le personnel. Non seulement l'attente est beaucoup trop longue pour ce type de restaurant mais le service !!!!!! une honte, amateur, inorganisé, hautain et je pourrais encore ajouter d'autres qualificatifs. This is the second time we have been here and I really don't have much to add to my review of June 2018. The food is simpler than next door at La Marine (and I must correct an error in my last review the two have separate kitchens). The food was just as good as last year, the staff just as attractive and friendly. And really good value at 114 euros for the two of us. An excellent evening! We were here 6th June 2019.
