The idea is to have as wholesome a meal possible, no matter the oil, extreme spices and other pitfalls of restaurant cooking.<br/ <br/ FOOD. I had a shahi thali. The composition was the usual. (Seriously, when will these restaurants can start thinking about updating their thali components?!! <br/ <br/ However, the rice tasted fresh. Paneer actually had chunks of paneer and not only the gravy. The side veg and daal were also standard. The rotis were criminally tought and chewy, though. I liked the raita. Portions were satisfying.<br/ <br/ PRICES are just a teeny bit higher than average. But worth it.<br/ <br/ PACKAGING is simple but superior to the rest.<br/ <br/ Chakraborty Tip : One of the better thali options.
