This was my first time at the Texas Club. The appetizers were made fresh, and the drinks were good. I ordered a 12oz ribeye and definitely recommend this steak. The steak was very tender, and the flavor was the best I've ever had. Potatoes came out cold, but we were compensated with slices of pecan pie with ice cream that look amazing. What Duane Dube doesn't like about Texas Club:
I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I was not sure what the spice/rub was on the steaks. Was it citrus (orange) based-just leave it off. It was not appealing to anyone at our table, and we wondered if the NY Strip steaks may have been old? Maybe it was just an off night, but with $42 steaks??Service was friendly, as was the hostess.Wished I could have given a better rating. View all feedback.

Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented.
Food is consistently good. Service is good. The experience feels rushed, though. Salad arrived right after the appetizer was served, and entrees arrived shortly after. The check was brought before a desert menu was seen!
A little pricey but the food is good they have live music ?
A place that knows how to cook a steak. Just need to remember when prom night happens LOL. Busy and a extra wait even with reservations
