Small taproom and back outdoor patio. Located in mid town Ruidoso. I visited mid week so there was barely a crowd, but I can see it getting crowded on weekends and holidays. View all feedback.
What Josh Hockett doesn't like about Lost Hiker Brewing Co Taproom:
The craft beer and cider is actually really good. The space albeit smaller is pretty cool. The staff however are rude. Plain and simple. No kindnesses, no patients, no humor. Cold, bold, short with words and stern. Even to kids with their parents. Shame as the woman we had serve us ruined an otherwise great stop to try some good beer and cider on our debut stop. Good beer! Outdoor area is small with wooden picnic tables was the perfect place to relax in the sun after a trail race!
Excellent and very flavorful beer. From the Summer Blonde to the Rye knot
DO NOT WASTE YOUR IME OR MONEY! Overpriced! Bartender is rude and acts like you are a bother...Too Many Other Places in Ruidoso...
Still my favorite brewery in Ruidoso. They deliver some solid standards and interesting delicious new takes like their Rye Belgian ale or their stout. The folks working there were also extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back. Also they don't have food, but they don't mind if you bring something from one of the neighboring restaurants. I think the strong play is to get a slice from Rio Cafe, the excellent nearby pizza spot.
