Griechische Taverne Sorbas

My experience at sorbas is inexpressible, we were looking for something other than German eating, something fresh and fast, as it was quite late. we entered the restaurant and wanted to run, it was late and the waitresses were not very satisfied with our visit, but they asked the owner and everything changed. we sat down and ten minutes later came a man with an original white hot, but now in all kinds of colors, owners, cook, more lovable man, who surprises in front of sympathy, he saw us lost what we should order and told us if we trust him to cook what you want, the answer was yes, we had hungry, the only premisse was no meat, a show good kitchen, it is normal that the hemd gets dirty, in fifteen minutes I cook 9 exquisite dishes, I recommend the place, better impossible, they have no fear of the amount of haare of the cook, it is great and also favorable.

My first and memorable Greek trip dates back over 40 years. for four weeks I was with naval and line bus, backpack on the back and a little money in the bag traveling. I experienced land and people - and Greek hospitality. I met warm, helpful, tolerant and interested people with whom I also led, along with other traveling, spanning and violent discussions. I also remember simple, but tasty regional cuisine with good products and long common evenings. sociality, joy of living, serenity and improvisation art still belong to my Greece image.As at the time the wetsmen in the country, so today we are still going to meet in his taverne sorbas on his guests. intrusive, turned - and extremely generous. taverne and we represent after as more attentive wet janni spoke to them in their national language. even though they were almost happy to see them before their tiredness, they were received with great cordiality after their long journey and felt super good and we were happy to have made the right choice! our guests were there a second time, then a society appeared in the host garden, obviously to celebrate. immediately came the wet with a white paper table cloth and spread it to meet the occasion. he warmly congratulated and welcomed the whole group. immediately was on the long plaque festive mood.The locality once again proved to be a real place of desire. also nina, the operation that looks quite merciful and immediately afterwards shows her most beautiful smile, fits into this frame.Here many family guests have been coming in for decades and some of our home guests, especially families with children, belong to it.We appreciate the atmosphere in sorbas, as well as jannis open ear for excitement and constructive criticism. it doesn't always work anywhere, but with something samba and humor you'll be right here. who sees an enrichment in cultural differences, living change and - last nort least - a very good price - a performance ratio is right here.

Well, that was a surprise. we were a group of 17 traveling on a 10-day trip across Germany. in nördlingen we needed a quick lunch and a break from German food. what we experienced instead was a high point of the whole (although very special) trip. sorbas is a detour to Greece, thanks to yanni's great spirit and thanks to the quality of the kitchen. We felt more like a family who travels to a celebration than strangers who are only on the way. our only regret was that we were there for lunch and had to keep another timetable. we envy our guests who spend a long evening in sorbas and can enjoy all the tasty, great food. (yanni saved us a bundle when dinner. at this evening in the agriturismo in Munich were all so satisfied that we hardly ordered anything except the beer!)

My brother and I were looking for a place to eat and were advised by the opinions of tripadvisor, otherwise we wanted to taste this kind of kitchen. the result, a pretty baptism. on our route through Germany we have tried several restaurants of all possible nationalities and I can say that this was the best. for the treatment of janny (a crack), as well as for the tasting food. all a success. I recommend it to everyone who goes there, by the way janny, this excellent Greek wein hehe
