Service... read more Hotel location and environment are good. Room is ok but not at four star level (there is no door on the clothes shelf and the floor bricks are moving). Service is poor (surprised to know you need to pay after your second coffee capsule). The garden is big, lack of vivant atmosphere. In general, less charming and attractive than photo images. Very bad experience in the restaurant. Worst tuna ever had, worst restaurant in Corsica. Completely not worthy of trying.

The square by the river is a magical place beautiful. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are unfortunately very poor. The glass of aperol is full of ice cubes and then only half poured. The restaurant is even worse. The linguine comes as spaghetti, is not seasoned, the pasta is soft boiled and mixed with passata with sugar. A few fresh tomatoes on top. A disgrace. We sent the plates back. In response we were asked if we wanted dessert or the bill. The guest was not responded to in any way. At breakfast there was mold in the lid of the milk bottle. Also in our room on the ceiling. Overall a hotel with a lot of potential, unfortunately it is not used and there is no room for criticism.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and we could see... read more A beautiful hotel in the mountains, centrally located to visit the interior and travel to the eastern coast! The rooms were spacious and clean, and we could see and hear the river we got the spacious family suites for plenty of room. The grounds were large and lovely, the private spa (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) was great, and the restaurant where we ate all three nights of our stay was fantastic. In particular, the chef enhanced our extended stay with a series of exceptional creations on the 3rd night that rivaled the fancy restaurants of the larger cities. Bravo!

At the Hotel E Caselle this also works very well in the spa area. Because from here you have a great view of the mountains without any effort. The best thing about it is that you can reserve the entire spa area for yourself. It doesn’t matter whether you use the hammam, sauna or just the jacuzzi. You are on your own for the time you have booked and can really relax. The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and also spoke English (rare in the Corsican mountains). I can recommend the homemade gnocchi in the restaurant. These are served in a hot pan together with vegetables and a delicious sauce. Bon appetite
