**Restaurant Review: A Hidden Gem for Vietnamese Cuisine**
Nestled in a vibrant area, this quaint eatery serves authentic Vietnamese dishes that have captivated locals with their generous portions and fresh flavors. Guests appreciate the attentive service and inviting ambiance, though some have noted intermittent delays during busy hours. Standout offerings include the flavorful beef wrapped in betel leaves and a light, crumbly meatloaf served with broken rice. While the restaurant primarily accepts cash, the quality of food, including vegetarian options, makes it worth a visit. This charming spot is slowly becoming a go-to destination for satisfying Vietnamese meals. Don’t miss this hidden gem!.

Way better than street pho.10/10 pho10/10 BBHMost friendliest people and always giving generous amount of meat and noodles.the Betel leaf is also amazing.
**Highlight:** The standout dish was the meatloaf in the broken rice. It was incredibly light, fresh, and crumbly—definitely one of the best I've ever had. The portion sizes for both dishes were decent. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. **On the other hand:** The bun bo hue was good, but if you're after an exceptional bowl, I recommend driving a bit further to Springvale for Bun Ngon. However, if you're short on time, this place will satisfy your cravings. **Less Impressive:** The pork chop and egg were a bit dry. Overall, a great restaurant for locals.
We came when they almost closed. The lady was very nice and polite.The food was superb especially when we were starving. My partner ordered a crispy skin chicken rice which was yummmm. Mine was beef rice which was also flavorful and generous. Will be back for sureeee! Oh, and they are new to the local (i think : ! so come and check them out ;
What was once unfamiliar territory for us is gradually becoming a regular stop for lunch. On our third visit to Noble Park, we found ourselves wandering around before settling on Thu Do. The restaurant's layout was simple yet comfortable, brightened by charming little Vietnamese dolls adorning the shelves above the counter. I had a tough time deciding between the dry and soup versions of the Rice Noodles with Prawn and Pork, so I asked a friendly young staff member for her recommendation, and she suggested the dry option. The dish was generously garnished with chives and fresh herbs, accompanied by slices of pork and sprinkled with delicious fried pork lard. Its flavors were wonderful, although I struggled a bit with the rubbery texture of the rice noodles. Surprisingly, I still enjoyed the dish overall, though a small part of me wished I had opted for the soupy version instead. My partner, seeking a healthier choice that day, ordered the Bon Bon Combination Salad. This dish truly exemplified a good salad, bursting with freshness and vibrancy, accompanied by a perfectly balanced dressing. We usually approach quail with caution, as it can often be dry and tough, but that was not the case here. Our Roast Quail was wonderfully moist and flavorful! The Beef in Piper Lolot was also noteworthy. Everything was beautifully plated with fresh ingredients and clear, distinct flavors, leaving us feeling satisfied without the heavy, bloated aftermath.
