What Michael Cullen doesn't like about Torotoro:
The food is reasonably good but the place could benefit from a clean. The bench seats and floors are visibly dirty. To make matters worse we saw the chef wiping his nose multiple times so it's clear that hygiene is not a priority. In my view, this place is well overpriced considering the lack of professionalism and atmosphere. View all feedback.
Great variety of meats, fish, vegetables, hot and cold servings. The platters were splendid with soup, rice, salad, pickles and main course. Steaming sizzled or grilled., the seafood was fresh and tasty. We'll come back again for sure.
Better than some of the upmarket big dollar restos serving chirashi
Lovely place ! Came here with a Groupon voucher for two hotpot and dessert, and honestly wasn’t expecting much as Groupon is usually hit and miss. This experience was fantastic the wagyu that we got was so tender and tasty (was thinking it was nearly A3 A4 quality). The quantity was very generous as well one person with an appetite can eat the hotpot and be more than satisfied. Service is attentive and knowledgeable, and the location is lovely right on the lake outside robina shopping centre.What an experience, will be back again!
Very recommended restaurant. I tried the hotpot and it was so goood. The staff are very kindly and anntentive to what we need. Even the restaurant gave a happy-birthday-written ice cream for our friend who was celebrating her birthday. We will be back for sure :
The food is always cooked well and prices are reasonable. I always dine in during lunch hours as they hav lunch bentos. A must try when you are in Robina Town Centre.
