Got off the plane with my partner and decided before check in up in main beach we would drive to burleigh heads and sneak in some brunch. The food here is a must stop if you're in the area. I went for my old reliable eggs benedict and my girlfriend had a potato rosti stack with poached eggs. Best breakfast coffee for the entire duration of our trip! Huge portions, reasonably priced with great service! The potato rosti is a reason in itself to visit! Will definitely be going back very glad to have stumbled across this gem!
Myself and a group of 7 friends went to The Koffee Shack for breakfast last Sunday morning. In my many breakfast experiences, a group of 8 is very difficult to seat for breakfast at 9AM on a Sunday morning without a booking. However, when we passed The Koffee Shack we were pleasantly surprised. The staff immediately moved 3 separate tables together for us and sat us very quickly. I ordered the Burleigh Big Breakfast and a Cappuccino. The coffee was the perfect temperature and had a great flavour. My big breakfast was simply impressive. The Rosti was delicious, the bacon and kabana were cooked perfectly, and the side of hollandaise sauce was awesome for a lover of Eggs Benedict. Would highly recommend as a Sunday breakfast location.
