They stuffed up one of our home delivered pizzas, putting only cheesy sauce instead of prawns and toppings, so we rang the store and they offered to make and deliver a new one. When the man brought it around he was very apologetic and gave us a free garlic bread and drink. This is the way to fix a mistake and build customer loyalty. And by the way, the pizzas were great!
