It was a nice experience, their aged rumb steak is tender and juicy, and large portion. Their service is outstanding, the staff was nice, they always crowded so I recommend booking before hand. Thank you for your food and service

Wonderful experience here with first quality steak! The Cavill family have had a long history in hospitality starting in Brisbane last century with the iconic Beauty the Breakfast creek hotel then for many years the Surfers paradise hotel right in the heart of Surfers ! My friends found the interior cramped and preferred the older incarnation in Frank street nevertheless the fit out is functional.You can can a view of the Broadwater passage from the top ! The staff were kind enough to get me my preferred rib fillet steak even it wasn’t on the menu which is a good point to add here!

This restaurant was amazing the Food, drinks, dessert ambience 110/100. Compliments to the chefs, owners, service staff and all who make this restaurant one of our best experiences. You Exceeded our expectations! Was hard to go home and left us wanting more In love will definitely be back

We went here for our anniversary and after visiting, we would highly recommend this restaurant to any steak lover! We usually never buy steak at a restaurant as no one ever cooks it how we like (blue) but this restaurant exceeded our expectations! The prices were amazing and not any more expensive then a pub steak but the quality, is so much higher! The meals are great sizes and such good value! Amd the sides were so good, everything was packed with flavour amd cooked perfectly. The potatoes were so creamy and delicious, the slaw was different to any slaw I'd had before but was surprisingly amazing and they had this little tomato relish thing on the plate that was to die for, smoky and just yum! The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked through the door. We were actually seated by the owner, much to our surprise, it's so good to see the owners/managers on the floor interacting with the customers, and he didn't even bat an eyelid when I asked to move tables to sit outside. As the night was quiet chilly, I was even offered a throw blanket incase I was cold. The staff were attentive but not over the top. There isn't anything we would change about our visit to the steakhouse, everything was absolutely perfect and so **** delicious! We would highly recommend this restaurant to any steak lover! Thank you to all the staff at Cavills Steakhouse for an amazing meal!

Ordered medium rare eye fillet was divine! Plus shiraz on the sides. It was scrumptious dinner i had. Service was fantastic, friendly staff. Overall, it’s recommended and definitely be back.
