Your Pie Pizza - Nob

Ordered the meatball pasta basil . It was excellent. However I think it should come with bread sticks . I swear i read a day before on the board , saw it came with bread sticks . Then today no bread sticks? the total was 14.01 after tax $15 tip. On take out order . Maybe I should have bought garlic bread instead of tip ? I was talking to an Italian guy who was disappointed they didn't have what he had ordered in the past so he walked out/ wheel chaired . i was wondering if it was also because of the bread stick issue . Or some kind of mark up. Or product change. Your pizza pie could use at least one Italian cook in my opinion . I do like the menu. Forgive me I'm just expressing my inner pizza as your saying goes . We will be eating here again for sure. The peach, prosciutto,balsamic glaze pizza plan ! I hope the prosciutto is extra thin sliced .

This is my second time ordering pizza from Your Pie Pizza. I ordered the seasonal Peach And Prosciutto Pizza. Looks nothing like the advertisement and has NO flavor! I took the pizza to the corner and was told everything is on the pizza that should be. Very disappointed!

We stopped by for a quick lunch. The pizza was delirious and the small pizza was a perfect size. The young man that served us Norfolk location) was so pleasant and polite

I'm using my wife's account, being a GM for Dominos product quality and customer service is everything to me AND my team. I stopped by after an 11hr day and just wanted a brick oven style pizza because you guys absolutely rock it!! Unfortunately, I arrived 25 mins before close and asked the employees if it was okay to order.. being in the industry I felt bad but just had a craving for your pizza!! You guys need to work on customer service.. second time I've been her and received no greeting and just rude service. I usually tip $20 to each person for making the food, but after watching the TM wipe the dough scraper off on the trash can before going to make food.. I kinda lost it! The same way you lost my loyalty . This sucks more for me than it does you, I promise. If you need help training your team please reach out to me and I got you!! Best wishes

Pizza was no better than a typical fast pizza place. Service was terrible. Ask if someone can serve you a beer before going in or you will have to wait, eat some of the pizza and finally ask for a refund. Young employees standing around and not being told how to provide customer service. My first and last time here and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the terrible experience.
