They slow asl and the mfs aint have bread an tried to give me a wrap when i paid for a half a sub usually they okay but today trashhh last time i was waiting for like 45min and it was only three customers in there which were eating already tighten up cuh on gang

I had a tuna sub. It made me sick. Luckily for my 11 it was only a tablespoon of tuna. Maybe they can't afford to put meat on the sandwiches. The owner of this franchise needs to stop by and check on how the food is handled. While your there check on the service.

I ordered ahead online because I got a 30 min lunch. I got a #8 and got mikes way minus the Mayo. I don’t eat Mayo. I added jalapeño and banana peppers. I pick my order up the staff is not even acknowledging my existence I finally get someone’s attention who give me my order. I take it and when I take a bite I got a mouth full of Mayo! I almost threw up. They didn’t add the peppers either. So I call to let them know so I can either get a refund or have them make me a new one. The girl that answered asks me to take the sandwich back I tell her I can’t at the moment she tells me I’ll get my manager and had me on hold for 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. Terrible customer service and satisfaction!

I'll never eat another sub from any fast food establishment again...Jersey Mike's is absolutely amazing. The taste, the quality, and the service I'd all top shelf. Every single day this is my go to lunch break.
