I have not been to any place let alone a place I... read more Horrible Horrible Horrible! Service from the same individual. The one older lady that works here is very rude. I have not been to any place let alone a place I 'm buying food from that has given me the treatment this older lady has. There are plentyreviews prior to mine regarding a rude lady working here. How can subway continue to allow this person to be employed here serve people food. Out of the 3 times I 've came here this lady has snapped at me for no reason EACH TIME. I 've seen her do it atother people as well. 1 of the many examples; I asked for jalapeños on the side when she was wrapping the last sandwich- shewas quick to respond yea not yet when I 'm done I 'll get them ??????????? oh my lord! Today I ordered for pick up thru theapp because I had to be somewhere quick. Paid my lunch thru the app because that 's the only option when you order ahead . When Igot there the lady snapped at me when I asked her about a pick up order .I had to cancel because they gave my order away tosomeone else I did not want to deal with this grumpy lady that didn 't even seem to care that my order was missing. I 'm not asupset at the mistake they made giving away my order as much as I am upset at the old lady that seems to think she is in theright treating people like garbage over over again.

While prices are rising due to inflation, I still believe their subs are the best in the sandwich business. I definitely recommend it. At this particular Subway, the young man was very professional, ensuring that he prepared our sandwiches just the way we wanted.
