What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
We placed an order through their app for pickup at 4:00 PM. My husband confirmed with the parking attendant and was informed that our order would be ready in a few minutes. However, after ten minutes, our order still had not been released. Upon checking again, we were informed that they could not locate our order and asked us to place it again.
