We received EXCELLENT service from the young man taking our order in drive through this morning just after 10. He was so polite and courteous, spoke clearly, and quickly apologized when he misheard part of the order and corrected it. We were very impressed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. They always mess up my order or leave out key ingredients in my sandwiches. It's a real disappointment every time I go, especially when they're busy. I usually visit on Saturday mornings, but after today, I've decided I won't be returning. It would be quicker and less stressful to just drive to Sage instead. View all feedback.
I just spent about 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru, they didn't have any bacon so I changed my order. I get to the drive-thru window and then they tell me that they didn't have any crispy chicken either so I wasted all together about half-an-hour for nothing. There goes my lunch break. I don't understand how a restaurant could be so unprepared. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The drive-thru service is extremely slow. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes even during non-peak hours. I wrote this review while sitting in my parked car in the drive-thru lane.
