Great environment, great service nice wine selection

My wife and I had the ribeye and it was fantastic. Our server Joshua was on top of everything without being intrusive. Excellent service. The steak and gnocchi were really very good and the steak was huge. The asparagus was amazing. I have never had asparagus cooked as well as this was. Love going to the Cru. It truly is a notch above.

We had a lovely evening. Reminded us of being in Italy. Quinn our waiter was very knowledgeable and efficient. Cru honored my request to be by the fireplace and also served complimentary gelatto (the best! for my birthday. Food was great.

Even though he was the only waiter working the night we dined at CRU, Joshua was attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The meal was prepared perfectly and the lobster bisque soup was incredible. Although we miss the original CRU menu from years ago, having an Italian option while we stay at Grand View Lodge is great and there's just enough variety on the menu to please everyone. We've come to expect nothing but the best when dining at any of the Grand View Lodge restaurants and CRU met those expectations. As seen elsewhere, prices on the menu have climbed, but the quality of the food makes the extra expense worth it for a special night.

Below average food in a below average environment. Sadly we were disappointed. Could use some updating.
