Called in for a simple pick up menu item. A salad ! Shouldn't get much simpler than that. Took 52 minutes from time I called to them handing it to me. Ive ordered from here more than once. The gentleman that answers the phone makes it seem like youre inconveniencing them to order food. Stood at the pick up counter for 10+ minutes being invisible to all staff members. It's incredible really...no one even acknowledges you. By far worst service from a chilis restaurant Ive ever experienced.
Absolute garbage meal, chili’s on the other side of the airport is far better. This place was freezer burnt looking bun, get better food on the Airplane I’d imagine Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
Amazing experience stopping by here for lunch before our flight. The gentleman who served was very courteous and understanding of our boarding time. Our meal arrived fairly quickly and we found it to be delicious. We ordered the big crispy chicken sandwich, secret sauce burger, and the Chicken Fajitas all of which met our expectations. The salad was great as well and most of all our meal was super affordable with the burgers just costing $15 each.
The service was incredibly quick, the food was outstanding, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very fair. I only rated it 5 stars because the server wasn't overly attentive but was always around when we needed something and had an excellent knowledge of the menu. This is the best spot at Edmonton Airport! Service: Lunch Average price per person: $20–30
