Liù Diào Zi Jiǔ Zào - Nishiki

I recently visited a brewery and distillery for a tour. I had the opportunity to sample a variety of premium sakes and ended up purchasing several exclusive bottles. When the sake arrived at my home, it came with a heartfelt handwritten note that truly moved me. I also learned about whiskey-making techniques from overseas and was impressed by the dedication to utilizing local ingredients such as water in the production process. The conversations with the staff were profound and really resonated with me.
