The multicourse antipasta is a huge amount of food. It took us an hour and a half to eat it, drinking wine and enjoying the wonderful flavors. The potato omelette had a minute and a half of length-much like a fine wine.We were too full to really enjoy the other courses. View all feedback.
Dichiaro che cerco sempre luoghi dove mangiare un boccone che abbiano solo luci calde, perché il cibo va contemplato e mangiato sotto una luce che non deve abbagliare né il commensale né il piatto... Spesso i locali ben arredati hanno cibo normale. Qui, dalla signora Iolanda, non solo l'arredamento, la sua persona e anche sua nipote sono di una comodità pazzesca, ma il cibo è molto buono... Le pizze superano tutto... Sono a dir poco strepitose. Il contrasto tra le pareti di tufo e le specchiere barocche in foglia d'oro, i ritratti di personaggi d'epoca a giorno, le posate opache e molto tema botanico... Bravi.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I dined in this sicilian characteristic restaurant placed in Niscemi where tradition was mixed to innovation. We met at the first place the amazing chef Virginia that introduced us to her amazing food. We had two main courses, the first one was homemade mortadella tortellini pasta in a beetroot cream that gave to the pasta a touch of earthy taste, to finish it was a small bufala mozzarella that released a hint of freshness. The other pasta was paccheri with fresh ciliegino sauce and burrata, everything was perfectly balanced, the ciliegino sauce was outstanding. Then we shared a second course, we ordered a crispy tenderness fried chicken, firstly cooked in sous vide that released the perfect juiciness, every piece of it was placed in a spinach bed and Gorgonzola sauce. All the dishes were stunning and we found an attention to details that we haven’t found in others restaurants around town. Also the artisan beer was delicious. Highly recommended. I would definitely be back.
Wow what an amazing find. The dinner was fabulous. The restaurant very eclectic and the dishes are plated with the same flare. The staff very attentive. This really is a must try. And we will definitely return.
