The staff was very friendly. Probably best breakfast Burrito I ever had (and it was huge). Get a fresh baked muffin, really good. Only down there was a very long time for our order, it is a small place. View all feedback.
What Baylee Gerlach doesn't like about The Mayors Place:
The Mayors Place is a very quirky restaurant. I can't say that I have dined here, as it is only open for breakfast and lunch. Locals love this joint, as it is reliable, friendly, and fun. They will customize, and are very open to your special wishes View all feedback.

I was so surprised served by the quality of the food and this small/friendly restaurant. They seemed very limited in seating, but then I discovered a large back terrace. I had breakfast and lunch there and was super satisfied with the freshness, quality and quantity of their food. You definitely won?t be dissatisfied
From the outside you think quirky charm. The staff was nice enough, but each customer got the same apology about the waiting period. It took an hour to get food when we sat. The food was edible, but that's as remarkable as it will. The prices were remarkable. Ridiculous does not even begin to describe how about price is this place. My favorite interaction between a prospective and an employee went so: How much do you cost for a cup of coffee? Four dollars. Ellen? Luckily, this guy hadn't started drinking coffee because he had fed it everywhere when he was beaten. After a 10% discount, plus taxes and tips, breakfast for 3 (an omelette with domestic frits, two orders of eggs with hash Browns and bacon, and water for the table) over $52. That was about half, tops. Save time and money. Go somewhere else.
As you can see from the other critics, this place is not only expensive, but they take an extremely long time. My daughter had eggs and pancakes that made her feel sick after eating. The eggs were boiled and runny and the chicken fried steak burrito is $20 and absolutely the most terrible thing I've eaten in a long time. The steak is well overcooked ground beef, the engraving tasted old and greasy. I was afraid I'm getting sick. You seem very nice and I'm sad to give this review, but no, just no. I don't understand how this place gets 4 stars.
Absolutely love this place, they treat you like family and their food is great. The patio is dog friendly and so is the staff. These mom and pop restaurants are getting rare and this one is a real treasure. If you are ever unhappy with your experience, communicate with the staff, they are dedicated to take care of you.
