After hiking the ouimet canyon and eagle suspension bridges (2 separate stops), we were starving.Lunch for 2 < $20 CAD. Hearty Italian meatball soup, granola cookie, coffee. My husband had a turkey dinner sandwich with a side salad. Assortment of pastries. Free WiFi. Artwork for sale. The local artsy coffee shop. View all feedback.
After hiking on a rainy day, this was the perfect stop to warm up and have a delicious soup. Tables marked with clean/dirty sign, easy to social distancing as well.
My husband and I stopped here on our drive from Marathon to Thunder Bay. Great little place offering a nice fresh alternative. I had the chicken wrap and my husband had the BLT. Friendly service and a nice little outdoor area to eat!
Coffee is Wolfhead, so it's great. Service is fast for drinks. Food takes a bit but is totally worth the wait. And the staff are so friendly you certainly won't lack for conversation while you enjoy the view inside, paintings on the walls for sale. Also pizza here is delicious! My favourite is the chicken wrap though.
Trip advisor reviews do not lie! Friendly quaint little cafe downtown Nipigon. Good selection of food (healthy choices) and service as great. My husband had a breakfast wrap (breakfast served all day). I had a roasted chicken wrap. Both our meals excellent! Plus they made us fresh ground decaf! Visited again for our morning coffee/tea and hoping we have time for another lunch!
Several friends had mentioned La Luna in downtown Nipigon ON for lunch. The bonus surprise was the great coffee - an excellent option if you're tired of Timmies or the Husky Gas Station (which used to be the go-to's in the area). Take a little detour off the highway and enjoy!
