Was Norbert Conn at Welcome Cafe a mag?
Absolutely amazing! Although it is a Chinese resturant, they cooked my steak perfectly and the egg rolls had to die. Recommend everyone who holds through Nipawin. It's really a hidden jewel View all feedback.

Worst take out I've ever had. I don't understand the good reviews for the food here. I spent 80$ on take out. ALL the noodles were slimy. Luke warm centers and hot out sides for some of the dishes. Sweet and sour sauce was grey ish pink and tasted like starch and flower. Almond gi ding was made with not fully thawed frozen mixed veggies. Love this place! The cheeseburgers are the best around ! The people who work there a friendly. The chicken sandwich is also fantastic! Parking could be better.
