For Ryan he purchased a bacon bagel belt all three occ... read more During the last weekend in March, my fishing buddy, Ryan, and I dropped in at Tim's no less than 3 times. For Ryan he purchased a bacon bagel belt all three occasions. Why you may ask? Well, In Cold Lake, you can't get them. But more importantly, Ryan thoroughly enjoys the bacon, eggs, bagel and the trimmings along with a steeped tea. He found the bagel belt fresh, tasty and a consistent top choice for him. My sampling on this trip was the bacon wrap - an economical morsel which has a delicately heated wrap, which inside, holds bacon, eggs and of course , cheese. The wrap was fresh, plain tasting, and filled that early morning travel and fishing niche. As we went through the drive through all 3 days we found the service quick, polite and courteous. All in all, this Tim's will always be a stop on our fishing trips to Tobin Lake. We recommend the bacon bagel belt and hope that Cold Lake Tims gets one on the menu soon.

Good luck you want a snack, dessert... read more The biggest problem is that they always come from a LARGE majority of their foods that you want a yogurt cup for breakfast? Good luck you want a snack, dessert or dinner? be good willing to choose maybe three items, even if they should have dozens of choices and if you want something, the brand new is your chances, it at any time of the day for the first week or so or slim to none. This is incredibly frustrating and it is a daily event end when considering that their yogurt parfaits are the only safe food for someone who is 100% gluten-free / has any kind of gluten allergy or celiac disease. It is equally annoying, but that a single option is always out before breakfast is even let alone you have your chance to get it all day. Please work on your delivery of products and consider more gluten-free /celiac, safe options so that all your customers will find something good to eat regardless of the time of the day, but especially if a restaurant has something to eat all customers should have child-friendly: Good. Additionally, the drive-thru service seems rushed with employees constantly asking "Is that everything? Is that it?" This poor customer service experience was disappointing.
