Was User at The Spot a mag?
Taste of food was great! Waiting time was reasonable and the staff was efficient and polite. Was very happy with my experience! Definitely on the expensive side, but the view of the golf course and the atmosphere was very beautiful. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about The Spot:
Don't eat here, celiac or not. We had to go back twice to get our expulsion right, and even after that, I threw mine out when it was a dripping soggy hair. The reason we went back the first time was a part of our order missing and my gluten-free Caesar packing had croutons in it that were not gluten-free. Wouldn't waste my money here again, both gluten-free and gluten-free meals were terrible View all feedback.

The food at The Spot is consistently delicious and affordable. Be sure to try the Muley! Service is good, and the price per person ranges from $30 to $40.

I’ve never been to a bar where the patrons ran the show. They were completely out of control. The messed up our food order twice: there were no apologies made it was more “sorry about your luck” it’s too bad. Bc the food we did try was great. The servers were rude, unaccommodating, unapologetic and focused their attention on the hoolifans st the bar wreaking havoc n the ambiance of the restaurant swearing and screaming athe top of their lungs. Disgusted with the way they handled our situation. 11/10 would never go back.
Definitely some of the best food in the city served I highly recommend as pulled pork poutins it is for service to die: type of meal: dinner price per person: $10–20

A group of us visited The Spot for a late lunch today. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be returning.
Dinner at The Spot tonight was fantastic! We're from Saskatoon, and the food here rivals Aydens Restaurant in our hometown. My husband tried the blackened cod and claimed it was the best he’s ever had. Although fish wasn’t on the regular menu today, when I asked earlier about options for my husband's special dietary needs, they assured me they could accommodate him. I ordered the pierogies and sausage and was equally impressed with my dish. Definitely a 5-star dining experience! Nipawin is fortunate to have such an excellent restaurant.
The spot has delicious food, great atmosphere and reasonable prices! Highly recommend the spot. Give it a try and find out for yourself!
Just love this place! The food and service was the best I've had in a really long time and the ambiance is very relaxing! I've been telling everyone about this place and defiantly want to visit a lot more this summer! Hidden gem!
Awesome food, good service and lovely atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Decent enough restaurant. I had the burrito, which was well prepared fine but I didn't love the taste. The Caesar salad was nice but it was a little heavy on dressing. With those minor complaints aside, everyone else at the table loved what they had. They had a solid glutton free menu with separate friers. Service was slow but it was a busy time so hard to tell if that is the norm.
They catered a wedding that I was at. First they were almost 30 minutes late, they set up fast but the food wasn’t up to par. The buns were hard little nubs that I wouldn’t serve to anyone and the roast beef was so tough it couldn’t be cut. It’s very sad when a couple getting married wants their day perfect and this happens…shame on you The Spot you let them down!!!
Pleasant experience in this restaurant for both service and the food. We were looking for somewhere to eat since we were just visiting.
We had The Spot cater our July 2023 wedding and they were fantastic to work with from beginning to end! We had to postpone our wedding in December due to Covid and they were more than understanding and sympathetic, even though we were 5 days out. We rescheduled for July and were married in an older rural hall and they were able to travel the hour from Nipawin and still made it work! The food was easily accessible, warmed and hot! They provided us easy options to choose from for the dinner, 2 meat options were recommended, with various sides. We ordered prime rib and the stuffed chicken parmesan as options for our guests. Both were equally delicious and the portion sizes were huge! The sides were just as amazing. Traditional mashed potatoes, gravy, 2 salads of your choice and the dill carrots were a hit among everyone! Wedding food can sometimes be bland and forgettable. It is what it is most times but The Spot delivered a meal our guests could not stop raving about! Adults and children had no trouble finding something to eat. It left us wishing we had more space to eat! The servers were very attentive, quick and almost invisible as far as refills go! Providing us quick and efficient clean up after dinner. The price is very comparable to the usual buffet catering style, though we felt the value of The Spot is truly undeniable. We received the same quality of food for a wedding of 100 as you would receive at a sit down meal in their restaurant. We are so glad we chose to go with The Spot and recommend anyone with a large or small party to contact them for their catering options! You will NOT be left unsatisfied!
Food is deliciousatmosphere is awesome and usually not too busy

Definitely some of the best dishes served in the city? I'm suggesting there's a pig plague being pulled?
Taste of food was great! Waiting time was reasonable and the staff was efficient and polite. Was very happy with my experience! Definitely on the expensive side, but the view of the golf course and the atmosphere was very beautiful.
I was never in a bar where the girls ran the show. They were completely out of control. The confused our food order twice: there were no excuses there was more? Sorry about your luck? It's too bad. The food we tried was great. The servers were rude, unaccommodating, unapologetic and focused their attention on the Hoolifans st the bar wreaking havoc n swear the ambience of the restaurant and scream the top of their lungs. Disgusting with dealing with our situation. 11/10 would never go back.
Friendly service, had the seafood platter and it was delicious. Didn't give five stars because we didn't like the spicy Ceasars that they make especially for the price they charge for them.

The spot has a separate gluten-free menu. They don't have deep frits and warn about cross-contamination.

Do not eat here, celiac or not. We had to go back twice to get our take out order right, and even after that I ended up throwing mine out as it was a dripping soggy mess. The reason we went back the first time was part of our order was missing and my gluten free Caesar wrap had croutons in it that were not gluten free. Would not waste my money here again, both gluten free and the gluten meals were terrible

The food is delicious. However, there is a disclaimer on the menu warning that cross-contamination may happen since there is no separate fryer or food prep area.
The Spot offers a dedicated gluten-free menu. They do not have dedicated fryers and caution diners about the risk of cross contamination.
I ordered the beef dip sandwich. The gluten-free bun I received was soft and delicious, one of the best gluten-free buns I've ever had. The restaurant has a separate fryer for fries and gluten-free gravy. I would give my gluten-free meal a rating of 5 out of 5! The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
