What User doesn't like about L'Auberge du Bois:
Wanted to book a special place for my husband on Father's day. Having read the 2015 reviews, we decided to book. Big disappointment: only one menu for Father's day with 2 choices for each course. Choices more appropriate for a winter menu (foie gras ) . Veal course was served with farigoule-infused artichokes and an over cinnamon-flavoured semolina cake, really didn't work with the delicate taste of veal. My cutlery... View all feedback.
Our second visit in this beautiful little restaurant only from the beaten stretch between forcalquier and la brillane. an imaginative selection of food and weep and we had a festive.
We had dinner on this terrace, nice and cozy. friendly staff. eating was good, but we think it is not easy to find very good restaurants in this opposite.
L’auberge is a beautiful place for a good lunch. they can sit outside in the courtyard with the fountain spray, the tables well separated for the private sphere, the trees give shadow, it is all beautiful and very Provencal. eating is good. nothing exceptional, but typical...of what they find in many medium-priced restaurants and areros in Provenienz. they will have no life-changing experience, but they can still have a very pleasant time.
