The rice used to make the sushi was unsuitable, and the seaweed wrapping the maki was dry and tough, making the maki unpleasant and rather bland to eat.

The art of cooking quality food without treating the customer like an idiot. We certainly only frequent this restaurant in the evening, knowing we'll have to wait. It's difficult for the staff to juggle takeout orders and table service. One small drawback: the welcome. It lacked warmth and attentiveness.
