Drachenbootfelsen is a small, German-run guesthouse with only 5 bungalows located in a beautiful garden in a peaceful area about 12 km from Ninh Binh. They offer a delicious breakfast with plenty of fruit and a family dinner every evening. 3-4 of the dishes they serve are regularly vegan, often made with produce from their own garden. We appreciated that they asked about our dietary preferences when booking. One evening, we were the only guests at dinner and they prepared a wonderful selection of vegetarian dishes for us, including banana blossom salad, tomato soup with tofu, and a tofu dish wrapped in delicious leaves that we had never tried before.
