The location is beautiful in a historic stone house with a balcony over a crystal clear stream, making it an unusually interesting place. They willingly...produced special meals for our vegan and vegetarian granddaughter, while the rest of us chose with more conventional flavor to have the meal of the evening. As with the previous visit, the food was excellent, the highlight was the perfectly grilled steak that followed our delicious Portuguese starters. The service of Joanna and her colleagues was charming. Her English language is excellent and she remembered us from our previous visit, including our names and preferences. A visit to this beautiful taberna is highly recommended. It was certainly a highlight of our holiday in Portugal. Thank you.

Very good food for a more than reasonable price with a fantastic landscape. Most locals who know where to find them.
