A year ago I discovered this little atypical bubble close to the nimes halls (easy parking). A really refreshing kitchen that doesn't allow time to get used to it and for cause: the menu renews every day. The inner courtyard is perfect in the summer to get away from the city's noises and allow the discussion. The welcome is always at the rendezvous, the boss is always there to explain his dishes or advise and give his recipes. BREF a place I recommend if you want a modern kitchen, tasty with fresh products has a more than reasonable price.
A summer dinner in this particular establishment where you do not choose your menu except that it changes every day and contains only fresh items purchased the same day and cooked with a lot of taste and inventiveness. Add to this a little care and pleasant a situation away from the noise and bustle of the city center and you have all the ingredients of a good evening.20 meals served daily, no more. so you have to book because it is often complete.
Located in a small inner courtyard, away from the city brouhaha it is a haven of peace and tranquility. the welcome is warm, without chichis, very friendly. The unique menu changes every day, last night a real delight...gaspacho of beet with goat mousse .. original dishes, well presented, tasteful and served in correct quantity m^me for solid appetites we do not go out with hunger, only fresh products. refined mouth amuses are served in the meantime. local wines for all tastes and prices: a red pichet of Montfrin in 50 cl around 5 euros! served in the glass as well. the menu is 18 euros, entry, dish, dessert. There's a restaurateur who doesn't poke her while he'd have a lot of ways to do it! such a menu elsewhere costs at least 30 euros. has two people, wine plus coffee 45 euros...Friends tourists, instead of breaking into the place of the market to eat Argentine steack with oily fries, be curious, come to discover the little streets of the center and finally understand what the word restaurant means! a my opinion, the best of tithes.
It is a very good restaurant, refined and very cheap because unique dish but every day different and it all year round. we don't have the choice of the menu but the pleasant surprise is always at the rendezvous, I go there almost every month in the evening and made it discover to my friends and my wife, we have never been disappointed. The boss gets us, he's the chef and he's got an apprentice, he's doing the service and the cashier himself. It is a very pleasant, very quiet, peaceful little place and the meal is within reach of all the scholarships and succulent, the chef is passionate and exciting, not to miss under any pretext.
A small restaurant nestled in a quiet courtyard. renewed flavours every day with a unique menu, beautiful tasteful discoveries, a nice presentation of dishes for an unbeatable value/price! The boss is not avare of explanations and is very friendly the wine map is restricted but those of Saint-Gilles are really worth the hint of advice: look at the menu on the internet before booking or be surprised by the menu. in any case, better book

A passionate chef who pleases his recipes. Fresh quality products for a kitchen with lots of flavors and aromas. Every meal is a discovery. Excellent.

Estanco is also a meeting with a very great gentleman, of an incredible kindness, Chef Gilles, trust him, let yourself be guided, you will not be disappointed! My only regret is not to be able to go there every day...

Unique menu that changes chq day so you have to choose the day the menu is right for you.We was a Friday day of the fish Note that the outside tables are off the road so quietly suitable for a dinner in love. I strongly recommend.
