Le Local Paysan - Nîmes

A local product shop with a guinguette that cooks producers' products is a great idea! The menu of local and seasonal products changes every day for the pleasure of our taste buds. I recommend it without hesitation, you will not be disappointed!

A restaurant coupled to a vintage producer shop, the restaurant prepares its menu according to the products available in the shop. A pleasant peasant atmosphere, without complex or chichi. These are the producers of the shop who serve for the restaurant, so it's really funny to be in direct contact with the producer who brings you your plate. Flat dessert formula at 12€50 when I pass, for local products it is more than correct. Small hic, noisy terrace with the passage of the road but the warmth of the place quickly forgets the cars.

I'm just coming back from the farmer's place for a party with friends. Large plate of Tapas for 15€. Very good products! The anchovies marinated a slaughter, the small accras of excellent cod, the very good chorizo (and yet I am not a usual fan), tapenade, real olives and not those found in the trade, very good sausage, excellent tortilla, sushis falling... all local. Good White bottle at 6€50. Very nice service. I even went back with a chorizo offered! In short, when I came back I made the pub to my family that will go very quickly to buy local products in the grocery store. Only flat, the location, on the Pompidou of the stroke a lot of passage. But frankly it's worth it!!! I recommend the eyes closed!

I buy products regularly. Everything is of good quality and authentic. Producers are good advice, welcoming and warm. We have to go there to maintain this activity
