I lived in the bay area where Vietnamese are authentic and cheap. this restaurant is my favorite of all time for bun bo hue and hainan chicken.
We were in chinatown in honolulu and we asked the local where to eat good Vietnamese food, they recommended to eat at kim an, to our great surprise food
