We were late so not a big selection of pies. I had bacon and cheese. Very nice flavour. Bottom pastry a bit soggy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nimbin Bakery, what can I say? Simply the best bakery I've ever come across. Admittedly I've been coming here since I was a little kid and it's changed hands a few times, but it's currently run by a local lad who grew up in the area. The pies are superb and the sweets are perfect. The apple pie crusts are crisp and not too dry. You can't really go wrong. It's worth coming to Nimbin just for the bakery.

This bakery is incredible. We arrived before they opened and were happy to wait while they finished preparing, but we were greeted with a smile and welcomed inside. They have delicious pies, bacon and egg rolls, and excellent service with wholesome vibes and values. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

The date pecan spelt loaf at Nimbin Bakery is made with local organic ingredients and is a delightful treat to enjoy. Each slice, especially those with dates or pecans, feels like a feast. I personally love the bread plain or with a drizzle of honey - it's like manna to me. I enjoy it for breakfast, morning tea, or I keep it in the freezer to share with my family. The best part is that it tastes amazing and contains no harmful preservatives or additives. I am absolutely hooked on this delicious fruit pecan bread. It's a staple in my diet, and I feel a pang in my heart (and tummy) if I miss out on getting my loaves every Tuesday and Friday when they're delivered to Uki General Store for $9.50. I'm curious about the price at the Bakery - if anyone knows, please share. Thank you to the staff at Nimbin Bakery for creating such a fantastic and digestible fruit bread that even someone like me, who struggles with IBS, can enjoy.
