I would assume that I had asked for provolone but they didn't have it, they just decided to give me none. No giardinara as requested, no onions , maybe they had difficulty following directions. Then I guess they shouldn't be employed at a restaurant then. Terrible, there are other Subways in the area that can follow directions, will travel out of my way just to get the order correct.
