Perkins Family - Niles

Growing up, Perkins was the go-to spot for young drinkers looking for a late-night snack. Now at 53, I find it to be my favorite place for a satisfying, budget-friendly brunch or early dinner. The restaurant features a clean, modern yet homey interior, complemented by friendly waitstaff. The menu offers a delightful variety of healthy options at reasonable prices. One of my favorites is the 'Everything Omelette,' packed with flavorful spinach and Swiss cheese. The pumpkin pancakes are absolutely amazing, and the wild berry cake topped with whipped cream is a true delight! Our country has faced many challenges, and I’m proud to see how Perkins has reinvented itself, enhancing what is already a beloved American classic.

I hadn’t eaten at a Perkins in years until this morning, and I was really pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! However, I did find the portion sizes to be a bit small. As a bigger guy at 240 lbs and 6'4", that might be part of the issue for me. On the plus side, they offer sugar-free options and healthier plates as well. Overall, I had a great time!

I had the strawberry crest, and it was delicious! The food overall was good, but there was a significant delay in service for our party of eight; we were served at very different times. I nearly finished my meal before the last ones received theirs.

Excellent! This was one of the best restaurants I was in time. Great atmosphere, great waitress, just 10 minutes waiting for our meal! Will definitely be back

It's evident that an attention to detail is a strength within this facility. The service was better than I expected. In fact, our cups were never less than half full and the server was quick to anticipate any need we could have. The only complaint I could manage is that while the food was perfect tasting, the plating needed some work.
