Brian the manager is awesome. I worked for him for three days back in 2014 and had to quit due to personal family reasons. This store is very nice. When I worked at the mall I would get a bagel at least 5 days a week and cofee and lunch and even dinner sometimes View all feedback.
What Delaney Lynch dislikes about Panera Bread:
the worst location panera bread in the opposite. I usually like panera, but this place always confused something in its order. at more than one occasion my eating was either wronged, was still really cold or completely forgotten even if it was a pick-up order. I can understand that a place is short, but I would rather wait a little longer than get the wrong one almost every time. View all feedback.
I was there during lunch, although there was a line, it went fast. my order was taken easy and the waiting time for my order was negligible. if I can't make my own mac and cheese home, panera's white Cheddar-Mac is my way too, even if it comes from a huge bag and sits in a warmer. food: 5/5
I visited this restaurant for lunch. Despite the long line, it moved quickly. I placed my order easily and didn't have to wait long for it to be ready. If I can't replicate Panera's white cheddar mac and cheese at home, I don't mind that it comes from a large bag and is kept warm.
Enjoyed mine but a person in my party had raw chicken in their Chipotle chicken breakfast wrap.
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! I accidentally left my phone behind when I went to get my drink. I called my phone and Liz immediately took it, stored it in the office, and returned it to me when I came back. I was extremely grateful for their kindness. Not only was the service fantastic, but the food and my overall experience were also excellent. Thank you again!
I work here when it's very clean and the food is great! We use fresh products and make sure everything is up-to-date and clean. We exchange food every day so that we can make sure everything stays fresh. It is a very healthy alternative to fast food!
