Awayner's Lakeside is a must-visit destination. Owners Rachel and Tom put their heart and soul into this place, and it shows. They have acoustic artists performing on occasion and the night I visited, the show was phenomenal, combining music and comedy. The staff and atmosphere are pleasant, and the food is award-winning. I stopped by for a quick beer and some takeout. The service was excellent, even though the restaurant was busy. I tried the spicy beans and they were delicious....
