After having dinner at a restaurant nearby, we decided to catch up on our lives here since it's more cozy and homey. Using Zomato Gold, we had the Organic Rooibos Bourbon Loose Leaf Teas and Crimsonberry Iced Teas. Both teas compliment each other since both are sweet and tastes like berries. Would love to try their Eves Rose Petal soon (since it was out of stock when we dined here)!

To be in the construction business and live in humid tropical Philippines. It was a near perfect concoction for us to simple keel over from exhaustion. That's also a perfect situation for pizza and beer... however instead of going for a certain brick over pizza place, while we were waiting for the rain to stop, we saw a quaint looking place that simply looked cozy and warm.... and that's how we stumbled upon Sinhle Origin Osteria around Salcedo. I've had my doubts as my friend mentioned something bad but we were undeterred... and too tired to move to another place. We wanted comfort food and alcohol... and fast. Luckily they also had Zomato Gold privilege of 2+2 on drinks! That definitely sweetened the deal. We were too tired to load up on a full meal, so we got truffle fries and a sausage platter. Beer was 150/bottle while wine was 180/glass.... in terms of value for money, ambiance and food pairing, we opted for wine. For dessert, we got fiery chocolate cheesecake that gave the meal a smooth and exciting finish on the palate. Perfect ending to a productive day. Ambiance is rustic and cozy. Love the interiors and the attention to detail. Especially the contrast of materials used in the loft bathroom. Overall, it was a memorable impromptu after work date that delighted us.

Had this with House Pate with Tomato Marmalade Pane Rustico. Excellent pate on toasted bread. Love their Truffle Chips complimentary dish. Goes well with beer. We had a couple of glasses of Holgate Little Heifer draft and a couple of bottles of Kona Big Wave. Nonna's Wagyu Polpette tasty meatballs in a thick tomato cheese gravy. Classic Gnocchi is another light pasta dish in Pomodoro sauce.

I also ordered the Parma ham sandwich, and it was a ~heavenly~ experience. Their mimosas are also ?? If you're looking for a brunch date idea in Makati, I highly recommend Single Origin!
