If you live in the Nijmegen region, this restaurant is excellent. They offer a set menu with four courses, which changes weekly. All dishes are vegetarian, with the option for most weeks to be vegan or to be made vegan upon request. The menu features cuisine from different countries such as Thai, Indian, and South Korean.
