O... read more We discovered this restaurant after reading some great reviews. We were made to feel very welcome from friendly staff and made a reservation for that evening. On arriving for dinner, again the staff were friendly and welcoming. It took a little while to select our food choices from the extensive menu and during this, we were given some delicious complimentary boquerones. We choose two starters between the three of us which were ample: anchovies and pulpo with hummus. We all enjoyed both as they were very tasty. As soon as we had finished, our plates were whisked away and immediately our main meals were put in front of us. No time at all, to digest our first course. We commentated to the waiter that we would have liked a few minutes between courses but he wasnt interested and just shrugged his shoulders. Very disappointing I had selected the Pulpo al la plancha which was truly delicious and one of my friends, also Pulpo but Galencia style. Both of the Pulpo portions were enormous!!!! Another friend had the Atun which sadly lacked any flavour, she had enquired about the special lubinia but at €30 felt that was overpriced. After reading such good reviews, it was very disappointing that our meal experience was over in one and half hours and we left feeling rushed.
