Just had lunch during a motorcycle ride. Friendly service and the food is fine. During the day you sit in a side part of the restaurant (souvenir shop) and not in the restaurant itself. What Gonny doesn't like about Boerderij Sallandshoeve Nieuw Heeten:
We had dinner the day before the restaurant closed. First, soup with bread. Bread was not delivered, which we asked for, and it is a sliced slice of bread with herb butter. Ordered carpaccio, indicated on the menu, with pine nuts, truffle mayonnaise, arugula, etc. No arugula and no truffle mayonnaise on it. Wij hebben er vandaag gegeten en het was perfect. Hulde aan al het personeel, inclusief de kok. Je kon zien dat ze er zin in hadden om te werken: alles was met liefde gemaakt, niets was te veel, ze hadden geen sorbet, maar het werd zo gemaakt. Ook de bediening was tot in de puntjes geregeld.
Op het naastgelegen vakantiepark op vakantie geweest en gegeten bij Sallandshoeve. Jong en energiek bedrijf die de handen flink uit de mouwen steken met van alles. Mooi om te zien! Knapt op, hebben aandacht voor tips en suggesties! Grote klasse!
We aten daar vandaag en het was perfect. Gesloten aan alle personeel, inclusief de kok. Je kon zien dat ze opgewonden waren om te werken: Alles werd gemaakt met liefde, niets was te veel, ze hadden geen tovenaar, maar het is zo gemaakt. Ook werd de dienst geregeld om in de punten te zitten.
Ik ben op het volgende vakantiepark geweest en at bij Sallandshoe. Jonge en energiebedrijf dat de handen uit de moffen steekt met alles. Goed om te zien! Beter worden, aandacht krijgen voor tips en suggesties! Grote klasse!
