Katastrophal customer service and false advertising promise Never again! I am deeply disappointed by my last shopping. I ordered six boxes of beverages worth 95.04 euros, although according to their terms, only five were allegedly required. But that was just the beginning of my problems. On their homepage it was expressly pointed out that I must provide all the necessary information, including the floor indication. In view of the fact that my wife was alone at home and had to take care of five children, including infants, it was self-evident for me to use the delivery service to bring the heavy boxes to the second floor. However, when the supplier arrived, he refused categorically to raise the boxes. He claimed that this was not his problem and that he was not obliged to provide the service they apply on their own website! My wife stood there helpless while confronting her with his ignorance and arrogance. I called on customer service to express my misunderstanding and frustration. But instead of pointing out understanding or offering a solution, I was greeted by an ice-cold and indifferent voice that only told me to lift the boxes myself. What did I pay for?! For non-existent service and a frightening indifference? Finally, when I spoke personally with the managing director, Mr Damke, he gave me the right and even showed insight. However, he revealed to me that he is afraid of his own employees. He literally said that he could not risk losing his workers by instructing them to comply with their duties. When I politely asked to bring the delivery to the door in order to unravel the conflict, he said unbluntedly that I should rather order elsewhere to avoid having any problems with his drivers. It is absolutely unacceptable that a company treats its customers in such a way and does not comply with its own promises. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect for paying customers. Never again will I waste my time and my money for this unreliable and respectless delivery service. I strongly advise everyone to use their services. Worst experience ever!

We have received an appointment confirmation and an estimate (in comparison, a written commitment was not possible with any other dealer in the area. If you are planning a big celebration with such a confirmation, we could update our drinks lists (Commissionware). We also rented a trailer. Delivery and pickup worked smoothly. The beer from the bottling plant was tasty; even the return of the remaining drinks ran smoothly. It was paid only after and not before. Thank you for the great and uncomplicated support!
The 5 stars are probably deserved. Nice staff. What you can't find in the discounter is here. If they don't have what you want is ordered. In the shop there are extra drinks also snacks for between by and also cigarettes of different brands. Very recommended.
Best!!! We were once left to sit at a celebration by another company and the 4h before the celebration! butrrrr, a call...drinks ran out and swaups came one by and the party could get up when drinks only from there
Competent and helpful staff at any time on site. The radiation in the office still has potential.
