We have arrived spontaneously with a larger number of persons and have been well served. The menus and dishes have all tasted well.

Very bad way of dealing with the guests. I had called a day before and an old lady who was on the phone said I'd check in the next day after the afternoon. Arriving at the hotel, I stand 20 minutes in front of the door. Then I tried to reach the hotel operator on the phone. A woman reported and said they were still shopping, it might take a while. Excuse me? There are guests and they just go shopping like this? And after 4 hours drive and upcoming appointments. Unbelievable. Since I had another urgent appointment, I only checked in the evening. The woman then just meant that they had to buy for a big company. On the day after the next disaster, my car was parked on the hotel parking lot. I then contacted the old lady at the reception, who had an impossible bare tone, and I didn't mean to do that. Unbelievable! And all this at Corona times, where you should be grateful for every paying guest. Conclusion: Impossible handling tone, room for the price storage chamber) completely overpriced. By the way, I am not the only one who has made this negative experience. There is a similar assessment on Tripadvisor.
