Very nice, family-run restaurant. The food is fresh and very tasty, the pea soup is the hammer. Come again and again and you feel comfortable. It is also very important to comply with the Corona regulations. Short and short: Very good kitchen. See you next time. View all feedback.
Friendly people, clean, served vegan choices in a non- vegan friendly city. small menu with just a few things to do. in the menu of the march 22 two vegan main dishes and 1 vegan suppe. no vegan dessert in the menu, but not asked if they could do one.
Very tasty and friendly service. for vegan or allergic people there is always something
The owner of the wooden restaurant is a really well-kept and really nice lady. when they call them and make a reservation, they can mention that they are vegan and they will prepare more options for them (even if they have allergies etc. they use different ways to prepare the vegan options and everything is made from scratch fresh every day, including crimped and seasoned from their own garden! They offer traditional German dishes in a veganized version and I can definitely recommend to come here!
The chef and her man of the house was a lady who understood the signs of the time. when they call, they can specify their preferences and accordingly more vegan dishes are available during the visit. it is always freshly cooked with fresh ingredients, among other things crumbling from the local garden. this care and love for the gastronomy they taste!
I found the Holzer’s traditional house over happycow. already at the order I realized that this is a particularly caring restaurant. all two weeks change the small card so fresh dishes come to the table. all dishes are fresh in the kitchen made without finished products. the Easter menu was picked up by us the pandemic. everything was done on teller so that as little müll as possible occurs at the takeaway. everything has arrived very hot and clean. the vegan 4 gangs menu had a suppe, a nice terrine a selection zw. Soy-shrub “Zuricher Art” or a sesame roast from saitan in own sauce vegan apple wort and salt potatoes then dessert. everything was delicious! in my personal opinion the walnut salad dressing, the red cabbage and the desserts are particularly pronounced. the family was also very impressed by the “traditional” densities. 5 out of 5 stars (fortunately gives happycow only 4 out of 5 at non vegetarian restaurants)
