Last Saturday we spontaneously visited the Turkish restaurant 9 1/2 without a reservation and were immediately warmly welcomed. Although we hadn't reserved a table, we were offered a seat straight away, which reinforced the positive impression right from the start. The service was quick and attentive the food came quickly and was served directly with the starter, which wasn't a problem for us as it fit well with the flow of the meal. We decided on the mixed grill plate, which was absolutely delicious in terms of taste. The meat in particular was tender and grilled to perfection. Unfortunately, the lamb chops we were expecting were missing from the grill plate, which was a bit of a downer. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the food so much that we spontaneously ordered chicken skewers and kofta, which were also excellently prepared. Another wish we expressed would be to include liver in the menu that would enrich the already diverse offering. We also noticed the beautiful wood burning oven in the restaurant, which would be ideal for making Lavaş bread, which would also be a great addition. Overall, a very successful evening with delicious food and friendly service. We would be happy to come back and hope that our little suggestions might be implemented soon.
