My first evening in the area I ate here. I had the Calamari Fritti as an appetizer and I will forever crave the slightly salty crust covering the perfectly cooked calamari. For my entree I had Fusilli con Scampi; it was delicious! Franca the owner was a great hostess and takes pride in her business chatting with all of her patrons. View all feedback.

very, very bad customer service. we were thrown out after we decided against the New Year's party in this restaurant. we were insulted and the owner was very loud and uncontrolled, cried through the rooms 2 tables that we should leave the restaurant immediately. The BEST Italian restaurant in Germany! Simply Phenomenal! Gino has me clearing my plate...his cooking is Update: November 2018...phenomenal! Franca and Gino have this place humming! An absolute must for anyone visiting Germany! You simply cannot order anything bad on the menu...give this place a try...you will not be disappointed and leave a review...don't keep this 5 star restaurant to yourself!!!
Cozy little restaurant. The food was amazing as was the service. Great wine selection. The owner was very nice. I had the calamari and Pazza Pizza, both I highly recommend. The tiramisu was the finale to our evening. Call for reservations as it seems to be very busy.
This is a go to for us. The family are awesome and cuisine is spectacular. We've been going to Il Pirata at least twice a week for the past month and haven't had a bad experience. We except for that one time that a table of about 10 Americans just couldn't eat and socialize quietly.
Beautiful ambiente, very friendly service and super tasty eating. Here you can come back!
I only give here 4 regrettably several times not satisfied with the service (error,) errors can happen, but they also have to be able, with a little more ease and more on the guests I wish. but I'm back, and if necessary, they'll adjust my assessment.
