We've eaten there many times and it's always been very good, as it's not typical Chinese food, although they do offer some standard dishes, but also other Asian... read more We've eaten there many times and it's always been very good, as it's not typical Chinese food, although they do offer some standard dishes, but also other Asian delicacies. In the summer, you can enjoy your meal on the lovely terrace overlooking the Mondorf ferry and the Rhine. Unfortunately, last time we were there, the server simply cleared our appetizer plate without asking, even though we hadn't finished eating, when the main course arrived. Since some of it had fallen off, we were given a replacement, which I had to complain about because not everything that had been removed had been replaced. They then brought us the missing items. I still left a generous 10% tip, and afterwards, when I received the bill, I noticed that one of the three drinks we had ordered was charged for, so we were charged for four. Coincidence? So I complained again. Then the server came and brought the money for the missing drink, without taking into account the 10% tip that had already been paid for it, which I didn't think was justified. So I complained again and finally got the remaining money back. In conclusion, from now on, I will unfortunately always ask for a receipt. Trust is good, but control is better.
